President Barack Obama says he's constantly telling his two daughters to turn off the TV, stop using Skype and go outside. He wants to get more American kids off the couch and out the door, reconnecting with the world and its natural beauty. And he wants to make it easier for them to use parks and public lands, saying that too many Americans "can go days without stepping on a single blade of grass." Toward that end, the president wants Congress to double spending - to $900 million next year - on a conservation fund that's used to buy more property for the federal government. Currently, the government owns 635 million acres, or roughly three out of every 10 acres, with the largest chunk in Alaska. (My note: The actual percentage of “so-called” publicly owned land, including lands owned by states, land trusts and environmental groups, is presently over 41%. The United States has the largest percentage of publicly owned land of any non- communist country in the world.)

Property owners in the remaining part of 8.5 square mile area, Hialeah and South Dade in Dade County, Florida have been subjected to attacks on their private property rights by the Department of Environmental Resources Management (DERM) along with ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability and various government officials.
ICLEI ( aka The International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives) has a commitment to "sustainable development" throughout the world which in essence results in a private property land grab veiled in warm and fuzzy terms. ICLEI comes up with regulations and other ideas that restrict property owners from using their land. Their regulations include the Endangered Species Act, wetland regulations (as in Dade County) and a myriad of other laws governing the use of plants, animals, air, water, land and sea. ICLEI has infiltrated local governments in the USA and around the world.

GOP FIGHTS OBAMA'S LAND BUY PLANS
Yes, the GOP is fighting this alright, but not for the right reasons. And, the reason for this is that the United States is funding Sustainable Develpment Agenda 21. And, the most important part of this agenda is the erosion of private private rights. Government takes over the land for preservation and conservation. They usually sell it back to the environmental groups that are also being funded by the taxpayers. Someone, invariably gets rich, and it usually is someone that is in bed with the government. This is all a scam just like global warming and cap and trade. We need to push to defund the EPA and to curtail their powers before the environmental groups take over everything. And, clearly we need to educate our representatives about this dangerous agenda that they are helping to support by putting forth policies that are empowering the environmentalist and these schemers. The Bushes started this and then it was supported by Clinton and Obama. Both parties are for globalization and the new world order. We need to clean house in the senate and we need to be very careful who we elect next as president. Since, both parties support this, no presidential candidate will be elected by these elitist unless they are for this scheme. 2012 will be a very important year in our country, and it very well may go down as the turning point to recovery and constitutional preservation or the finalization of our destruction.

HOW TO FIGHT BACK AGAINS SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
For the past fifteen years my efforts against Agenda 21 and Sustainable Development have been single-minded – get the message out to tell people about what it is and why it is dangerous to our way of life. All of our materials, special reports, hand outs, speeches, radio and television interviews and DVDs have been created for that purpose.
However, we have had so much success over the past year in getting that message out that we are now faced with a new problem. People are getting the message. They know what the problem is. So they are asking the next logical question – how do we fight back? It sounds like and easy question to be put to someone like me who has worked on the issue and sounded the alarm for so long. But in fact, actually having success in organizing people to fight Sustainable Development in their local communities is a very new thing.

The Dept of Energy was created under Jimmy Carter and at that time the USA was 25 percent dependent on foreign oil. We are now over 70 percent due to the globalist doctrine of "inter-dependence". Under that doctrine no nation is allowed to be self-sufficient or "independent". This is goal of NAFTA and the WTO. These "free trade" pacts were designed to "manage" the "interdependence" of the participating members. The US Congress did not write one word of these "agreements" and could not amend them. Most members did not even read them. Interdependence means the loss of National Sovereignty and States Rights and Freedom. The push for States Rights and Nullification is the beginning of STOPPING this.

Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts on the environment.
Agenda 21, the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, and the Statement of principles for the Sustainable Management of Forests were adopted by more than 178 Governments at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio de Janerio, Brazil, 3 to 14 June 1992.
The Commission on Sustainable Development (CSD) was created in December 1992 to ensure effective follow-up of UNCED, to monitor and report on implementation of the agreements at the local, national, regional and international levels. It was agreed that a five year review of Earth Summit progress would be made in 1997 by the United Nations General Assembly meeting in special session.
The full implementation of Agenda 21, the Programme for Further Implementation of Agenda 21 and the Commitments to the Rio principles, were strongly reaffirmed at the World Summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD) held in Johannesburg, South Africa from 26 August to 4 September 2002.
Agenda 21 – The UN Blueprint for the 21st Century
As described in my previous article on Sustainable Development, Agenda 21 was the main outcome of the United Nation’s Earth Summit held in Rio de Janeiro in 1992. Agenda 21 outlines, in detail, the UN’s vision for a centrally managed global society. This contract binds governments around the world to the United Nation’s plan for controlling the way we live, eat, learn, move and communicate - all under the noble banner of saving the earth. If fully implemented, Agenda 21 would have the government involved in every aspect of life of every human on earth.

In March 2010, Nor-Cal Produce, a family-owned produce business in West Sacramento, was fined $32,500 by the California Air Resources Board (ARB, or CARB). The company was not charged with, or even accused of, illegal emissions; like many other businesses, it had merely failed to notice a new regulation posted by CARB requiring all semi-trailers, shipping containers, vans, and rail cars with diesel-powered refrigerators to file a report with the agency. “We had no knowledge of the law,” Nor-Cal’s Chief Financial Officer Todd Achando told CalWatchDog, a news blog that monitors California government. “My operations manager happened to see it mentioned in a trade magazine about a year and a half after the deadline passed.” Because Nor-Cal reported itself to CARB and “cooperated,” the agency reduced the $200/day fine from $86,600 to $32,500.
